Reduced Staff Availability - Islamic New Year

Hello,

We would like to draw to your attention that our Jordan Offices' Customer Service and Accounting teams will not be available on Thursday, September 21, 2017 due to Islamic New Year. The team shall return back to serve you on Sunday, September 24, 2017 on-wards.

Our Support team will continue serving you as usual.

The team shall return back to serve you on Wednesday, August 16 on-wards. our Support team will continue serving you as usual.

As part of data center's continued efforts to enhance customer experience, Network Engineers will be upgrading the firmware and supervisor modules on the routers that provide connectivity to your servers. The event will take place during a scheduled maintenance window between 08-Aug-2017 09:00 UTC (Aug 08, 2017 04:00AM CDT) to 09-Aug-2017 13:00 UTC (Aug 09, 2017 08:00AM CDT).

Server Planned Maintenance on 06-Jul-2017

Dear Valued Customer,

On Thursday, 6th of July 2017, at 05:00 am GMT+2, our data center operations team will perform a maintenance to our servers. 

The maintenance will require a short interruption of the Internet up link, we expect an off time of only three minutes. In the unlikely event of complications, the off time might increase to 15 minutes. The unavailability will only affect the Internet connection, our servers will keep running throughout the maintenance and will be available immediately after our data center completes the maintenance.

Secure Your Server and Obtain Backup Frequently

Dear Valued Customers,

We urge all our clients to keep their servers safe by not accessing them randomly from unsecured terminals or downloading any none-VertexFX software.You must access your server and install a trusted anti-virus, malware or security software as soon as possible, and keep taking frequent backup of their data even if you do that by a daily job on the same servers or replicating server by online backup.

We recommend other levels of offline backup outside the active data center completely, as most backup strategists recommend.

You can take the backup data of your server by following these steps:

1- Click on the Batch file called "SERVERBACKUP.bat" at your server's desktop

2- You will find the backup data by going to Computer --> Local Disk(C), They are 4-Files named as follows: DB.DMP, DB.txt, WHDB.DMP, WHDB.txt

3- Create New Folder and name it "BACKUP", and move the files to it, then Right-Click on the folder ---> add to "BACKUP.RAR"
